Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is successfully received.

  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

  • During peak seasons or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Time

Estimated delivery times are:

  • United States: 7–15 business days

  • Canada: 8–18 business days

  • United Kingdom: 7–15 business days

  • Australia: 8–18 business days

  • Other International Locations: 10–20 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, weather conditions, carrier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Rates

  • Free U.S. Shipping on orders over $50.

  • Shipping fees for orders below the free shipping threshold are calculated at checkout based on the destination and shipping method.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to become available after shipment.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
